Dear Rep. Wynn,

As of today, September 18, 2006, the ballots are still being counted in your Primary Race against newcomer, Donna Edwards.

As Ballots Are Counted, Wynn's Unbeatable Status Is Questioned
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/09/14/AR2006091401826.html

After being a registered and voting Republican for 25 years, I switched parties in July to Democrat, which apparently was not enough time to get formally switched, therefore I could not vote in the Democratic Primaries.

I was so disgusted with the direction of the GOP that I had to defect, as did three other of my family members. I was happy to see a Dem representing us in our county until I saw your voting record.

Talk about a "wolf in sheep's clothing"!  Why don't you officially switch to Republican since that how you vote anyway? I am just sorry that I could not vote against you.

Two current issues that I care about:

FOR: Net Neutrality
See: http://www.breitbart.com/news/2006/06/29/060629142420.sjgi9r1e.html

AGAINST: Estate Tax Repeal

The Dems voted the party line and voted FOR THE PEOPLE on these issues, but you?

Albert Wynn voted for BIG BUSINESS and the Elite Top 1 percent of income earners.

Tell your poster boy Jack Fitzgerald, owner of Fitzgerald Auto Malls, a multi-millionaire, that he obviously CAN afford to do ESTATE PLANNING so that he can pass his business to his kids, just like rich people such as him have been doing for years.

For Jack Fitzgerald to say "he can't" pass his business on, is ridiculous and patently untrue.  What a greedy bastard! Albert, did you not doing any homework on this subject?

Plus, is it any wonder that charitable giving has been going way down the last 6 years since GOP has been pushing this tax issue?

This group of elitist's does NOT need "welfare". Furthermore, there's been no plan  presented by the GOP to replace the money being taken out of the treasury! That's BILLIONS of dollars we cannot afford to loose with the Iraq War, the Deficit, etc.

See this Washington Post article about "poor" Jack Fitzgerald.

Your quote on your website is just about the STUPIDEST thing I've ever heard:
http://www.wynn.house.gov/display2.cfm?id=11996&type=Hot%20Topics

"I don't mind taxing people who have high incomes while they're alive, but taxing people after they're dead is just unfair," said Wynn.

I cannot believe you actually said that. The dead are NOT being taxed, as they're D-E-A-D. When's the last time you saw a dead person write a check?

Death Tax is a misnomer,  call it what it is: it's an Inheritance Tax. The living survivors are being taxed, and they are the ones writing the tax checks. It's free money they did not work for. If anything on earth SHOULD be taxed, it's FREE MONEY!

Lastly, I make it a point in my life to write to my elected representatives. YOU SIR, are the only elected official who uniformly does not ever respond to my concerns. It appears you just don't care what your constituency thinks.

If you had voted with your party you would not have received a letter from me. Seeing that in the past you've won landslide elections, consider this vote against Donna Edwards your "wake up call" should you be announced as the winner. Apparently a lot of other people feel betrayed by you and want a change.

Sincerely,

Robin L. Olson

PS) Knowing that I will not get a response from you --this letter to you is being posted on my website which gets  more than 6 million page views a year, approximately 16,000 + a day.

You may not hear my voice, but others will.
