I loved Laura Ashley No. 1 and hunted for years to find something similar and occassionally got an aged bottle at auction, but rarely did these smell right I think aging set in or something. Anyhow I am truly greatful to the perfumer at Martecci's Fine Fragrances at martecci@cox.net for masterfully recreating it! Since someone below mentioned Heaven Sent by Rubenstein or by Mem, I think you should contact martecci's and ask them about it. I am a guaranteed customer for life!

When I was about 14-15, Bonne Bell put out Bottled Emotions, my favorite one was Mello, which of course was discontinued very shortly after I dicovered I liked it. Then I found In The Rain, by Calgon, it disappeared too. So, a few years later, Bath and Body Works put out a scent called Stolen Moments, it also was discontinued shortly after my discovering it. When I say shortly, I mean it only took a month or two to become unavailible to me. It makes me sad, so now I don't pick out any favorite scents. I have no idea where I could be able to find these scents.

Hi Robin! For years I have been trying to find my FAVOURITE FRAGRANCE OF ALL TIME - I used to buy it in 1971 & 1972 from Boots The Chemist in UK & then it disappeared.... Unfortunately, I can't remember it's name..... but you could buy it either in a pink mottled glass bottle or blue mottled, with gold screw-on top, in small size or large. Rather Indian looking. I would LOVE to know what this perfume was & whether I could still obtain some today.....evokes memories of life in the early 70's when I was still at school... Some of you already know that Mary Quant was the designer of the mini skirt in the 70 s. Well she also had a perfume called Havoc that my sister just loved. For years I couldn t find it anywhere except the UK or overseas and I don t like ordering from overseas so I would always get something else for her. She understood of course because she could n't find it either. Anyway this year is going to be different. And, I am just so... so... so...excited. I just got a 1 oz. dupe version of Havoc for about $16.00 for her birthday and it s really good...She s going to be really happy this time.
