Too many women are getting this dreaded disease and we need to find out why!
Fortunately,
many women are surving their breast cancer battles, but sadly many others
are losing theirs...
On June 3rd, 2000, one of my closest and dearest friends in the whole world,
Patti Tate Ford, lost her battle to breast cancer. Patti was only
42 years old and left behind 3 children. Patti was the youngest sister of
actress, Sharon Tate.
I miss you, Patti. :*( (Patti
loved my website and often sent me poems and jokes to add,
so there are little pieces of her all over Robin's Web. Some pages say
"Thanks Patti!" at the bottom.)
My friend
Suzie T., was just diagnosed with Stage II Breast Cancer. UPDATE 10/07:
After a year of chemo, Suzie's in remission! Many more happy
birthdays to you!
My friend
Becky's mom, Eleanor, was also recently diagnosed and is battling the disease.
