As always, I am proud to be an American,
but today, I am
especially proud to be a Marylander. In a world where the dark forces have shown themselves, we're left reeling that the world is full of "bad" people. Well, there's some good people left, too. We desparately needed a hero and last night we got a glimpse of one.
The Iron Man, Cal Ripkin, Jr., the greatest thing to come out of Baltimore --since Babe Ruth! Thanks for the memories, Cal!
